Coaching for Development and Vocational Training

Snow White Chozah

The primary objective of this new initiative is to assist selected

individuals in their personal and business development.

People who are committed to their own growth can apply to

get coaching to help them find the right program to get a

job, a better position, or start their own business.

As a team we will use a detailed assessment process to

identify suitable candidates and approve their application.

Our coach, Snow White Chozah, will assist with the enrollment in the selected program and assess the need and opportunity for financial support.

Upon successful assessment and enrollment, participants will have access to personalized coaching from Snow White Chozah and will be required to regularly report on their progress with their development.

Since June 2024 we have been supporting 22 individuals in their professional development.
